Composite seal strip
It is applied to railway locomotives, automobiles, airplanes, high-rise buildings, refrigerators and various industrial parts to prevent rubber, air and water from entering the system.
It consists of two parts, seal and installation.
Such products mainly utilize the elasticity of the lip, cavity, flange and the like in the body structure to seal and decorate the contact pressure generated by the surface of the assembled coupling member (glass, metal member, etc.).
Generally used in the range of -50 to 70 °C.
The solid rubber strip, the hollow rubber strip, the sponge rubber strip and the composite rubber strip can be designed according to the use part and the use condition, and different cross-sectional structures can be designed.
In view of the requirements of aging resistance and ozone resistance, it is generally made of a rubber compound such as neoprene rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, silicone rubber, natural-chloroprene-butylbenzene rubber, rubber and rubber compound, and the like.
The manufacturing method uses an extrusion molding continuous vulcanization method, an extrusion molding vulcanization can vulcanization method, or a compression vulcanization method.
